Key Responsibilities:

  • To analyze the overall customer requirements, analyze the content given by the customer and design appropriate instructional solutions in terms of content coverage and strategies
*To develop instructionally sound design document or content outline in terms of structure, flow, content coverage, and complexity level *To systematically analyze, design, develop, and test/ revise the instructional design solution *To perform quality assurance reviews with respect to content for the e-learning courseware *To mentor junior designers to produce effective design documents *To collaborate effectively with instructional design team members and cross – functional team members to achieve common targets *To demonstrates self driven initiative to take on additional responsibilities besides what is already defined per the role

Qualification
Good instructional design skills
Proven track of WBT/ ILT content development
Strong interpersonal skills/ Team player
Proficiency in written & spoken English
Strong on Logic & Analytical ability
Enjoys developing products from ideas
Talent for designing and writing training modules and user documentation/ li>
Good visualization skills
Attention to detail
Ability to thrive in and enjoy challenges
Critical skills incumbent in candidate:
Must have graduation/ post graduation degree in preferably Literature/ Mass Communications/ Journalism
Must have good language/ Instructional Designing/ Technical/ Content Writing skills
Must be meticulous and have an eye for detail
Reviewing experience will be an advantage
Should have a proven track record as an Instructional Designer in an E-learning/ Education Company environment
Experience : 2 – 5 years
Salary : 3.0 – 5.5 Lacs per annum
